What block size actually hides a detail?
Pixelation with small blocks can sometimes be reversed, because each block still carries the average color of what was under it. For faces, plates, addresses and anything on a screenshot, use a block size large enough that the shape is unrecognizable at full zoom — or blur heavily instead. Always check the exported file, not just the preview.
